About the Opportunity: While this is an entry level accounting role, applicants must have some experience in accounting (QuickBooks, preferably). As our sixth team member, you'll be instrumental in supporting the financial operations of a thriving and growing company. Your Rewards:

• Competitive Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE, overtime eligibility, plus annual bonus

Your Role:

• Process vendor bills in QuickBooks
• Reconcile vendor credit balances
• Correct orders in Salesforce to reflect actual vendor costs
• Calculate and provide freight estimates
• Record customer payments in QuickBooks
• Process daily deposits
• Respond professionally to client and vendor inquiries
• Proactively identify and resolve issues within the accounting workflow
• Support Finance Director and Accounting Manager with special projects as needed

Your Qualifications:

• 9 mos. Minimum of accounting experience in an office environment
• AA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
• Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Intermediate skills with Excel
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Drive, and Slack is a plus
• Strong commitment to team collaboration throughout the company
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and responsibility handling sensitive information
