Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in data stewardship or data governance roles, preferably within the retail industry.Strong understanding of Customer, Marketing, and Loyalty data, including related processes, systems, and end-to-end data flows within the retail customer domain.Proven hands-on experience with data quality management and data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or similar platforms.In-depth knowledge of product hierarchy structures across brick-and-mortar stores and eCommerce platforms.Demonstrated leadership presence, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
