Senior Manager, Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing

Baxter seeks a Senior Manager to lead global employer brand strategy and recruitment marketing initiatives. The role involves developing brand roadmaps, managing media channels, collaborating across regions, and directing teams to attract talent worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Baxter's global employer brand roadmap and media strategy recommendations
• Lead paid, earned, and owned media strategies to engage prospective talent
• Develop recruitment marketing and campaign strategies with regional teams reflecting local market needs
• Oversee evolution of career site, recruitment channels, technology and external platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Guide employer brand team members and regional contributors while building ambassador networks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
• At least 10 years of marketing or communications experience with employer brand and recruitment marketing leadership
• Experience developing strategy and leading initiatives in global organizations
• Proficiency with recruitment marketing technology, media platforms, and vendor management
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience creating recruitment marketing content and using data for strategic decisions
• Ability to lead through change in fast-paced environments

Compensation: $144,000-$198,000 base annually
