Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is preferred. Additional Information: Implements patient treatment plans, assists with therapeutic interventions such as gait training and strengthening exercises, monitors patient responses, documents progress, and provides patient and family education. Maintains safety standards, participates in team activities, and adheres to facility policies for infection control and patient safety. Completes ongoing continuing education to stay current with best practices.
