Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents. Responsibilities Meet physical and sensory requirements. Provide personal care of residents daily and as needed. Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary. Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse. Participate in collecting data needed for accurate completion of MDS and plan of care. Requirements/Qualifications Current Nursing Assistant Certification. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
