Essential Duties & Responsibilities Participate in working groups supporting analysis, metrics, and requirements development Develop test architectures, test procedures, test briefs Contribute to Data Management and Collection Plans and analysis reports On-site data collection, reduction, and analysis Review all test reports from internal and external agencies and identify trends, deficiencies, and improvements Support the development of daily test and status reports Identify T&E associated risks and provide input for risk resolution/mitigation Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or applicable work experience) Level of Experience Requirements: At least five years’ experience with Ground Based Air Defense Systems Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project Must have previous direct experience testing, evaluating, and operating and/or maintaining aviation or ground command and control (C2), weapons, or information exchange systems This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company. Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software. Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally. Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information. Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
