As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting restaurant operations to ensure our restaurants are welcoming, fun, efficient, and successful. What will my day-to-day look like? Assisting with managing day-to-day operations and team performance- Supervising team members to uphold high-quality service standards
- Implementing food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Contributing to maintaining the Popeyes brand experience
- Welcoming Cajun hospitality and a desire to serve
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire your team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- A proactive mindset and a dedication to continuous improvement
