Procurement ClerkThe Procurement Clerk role (located in Tracy, CA) is a full-time, Monday–Friday position. The role focuses on processing medical purchasing and billing paperwork, verifying contracted pricing, and maintaining organized spreadsheets to support supply chain and billing accuracy.Primary Responsibilities:Processing & Billing: Process purchasing paperwork daily for product replacement and bill-backs within 24 hours of receipt. Update monthly bill-back spreadsheets using contracted pricing.Quality Control: Review incoming paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with department guidelines.Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties and provide additional support to the purchasing and medical billing teams.Qualifications & Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Typing Skills: 25 to 40 words per minute.Key Traits: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a high work ethic and the ability to manage both varying and scheduled tasks.Must be at least years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screeningCompensation & Benefits:Pay Range: $17/HR-$25/HR depending on experienceBenefits: Paid time off (PTO), vacation accrual, and a profit bonus structure.For further consideration, please call PrideStaff at View phone number on click.appcast.io
