Arcade Supervisor (Family Entertainment Center)

Job Title: Amusement Supervisor Responsible for supporting the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in the supervision and management of the Amusement Department. Essential Duties Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, be constantly visible, explain game operation, handle complaints, and troubleshoot machine glitches. Team Management: Assist in planning schedules, assign duties, and ensure employees are properly trained. Sales: Achieve departmental sales goals and provide personal sales support. Compliance: Conduct till checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments per company policy; supervise employees to ensure compliance. Operations Management: Conduct opening and closing procedures, control payout ratios of crane operations, assist in monitoring inventory, and cross‑train in other departments. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol. Open availability for nights and weekends. 2‑3 years retail management experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality industries. Work Environment Regular work in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. Physical Demands Frequently bend, stretch, twist, climb; high mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Must stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
