Job Summary for BCBA Itinerant (DeKalb, IL, Aug 2026-May 2027):

- Position: Full-time BCBA Itinerant
- Location: DeKalb, IL (main areas: Hiawatha, Dixon, Maple Park)
- Assignment Dates: August 2026 May 2027
- Orientation: 8/3/26; School year starts 8/12/26, ends by 5/28/27 (dates may vary)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students per IEPs, addressing behavior concerns and skill deficits
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and specialists to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Maintain accurate records of services, data collection, and student progress, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in behavior analysis, management, and functional behavior assessments (FBA)

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Eligible for Illinois licensure or ability to practice in Illinois per ISBE requirements
- Master's or Doctorate in applied behavioral sciences, psychology, education, or related field
- Proficiency with school-based technology
