Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a results‑driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and promote our pediatric products. Drive demand through clinical selling and education to generalists focusing on identifying eligible patients. Cold‑call key accounts and obtain access, gaining critical insights. Profile accounts and edit lead lists to target correct accounts with appropriate frequency. Validate that a health‑care provider has a child eligible for therapy. Assist with segmentation exercises and update account data in the CRM system. Provide market intelligence feedback to leadership. Deliver approved educational messaging and raise product awareness among targeted HCPs. Support clients in understanding when an HCP would refer a patient. Track all activities in the CRM system (reach and frequency). Maintain accountability for individual performance and meet heavy cold‑calling volume requirements. Qualifications Preferred 2–4 years of pharma experience focused on primary care call points, with a desire to work in rare disease. Strong experience with pediatrics or generalists. Comparable B2B experience with a desire to transition into pharma (device or diagnostics background acceptable). Cold‑calling experience in health care or prior related work. Experience selling to office‑based providers within a referral‑to‑prescriber model. Experience working in a field‑team model with account managers. Base pay range: $60,000 – $111,000 per year.
