PositionOverview The ArtShow Customer Service Staff supportsschool art shows by helping set up, manage, and break downgallery-style displays of student artwork. This is a hands‑on,seasonal role similar to school photography and event-basedpositions, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in schoolenvironments and being part of a mission-driven team. KeyResponsibilities Assistwith unpacking,assembling, and setting up framed student artwork . Helporganize and maintain a clean, professional gallery-styledisplay. Serveas a friendly, helpful point of support for artteachers, school staff, students, and families . Assistfamilies with locating artwork and completingpurchases. Supportaccurate inventorycounts at the beginning and end of events. Helpwith teardownand repacking ofdisplays and supplies after shows. RepresentArtome with professionalism and positivity in schoolsettings. Requirements Requirements Abilityto standfor extended periods during event setup and operation. Abilityto liftup to 30–35 lbs repeatedly (art frames and display materials). Comfortablewith bending, reaching, and light physical activity. Strongattention to detail and basic problem-solving skills. Dependable,punctual, and able to follow event procedures. Abilityto work independently and as part of a team. Accessto a smartphone capable of running basic apps for event communication,checklists, and photo documentation. Noprior experience required — training is provided.
