Position Overview We are seeking a full‑time or part‑time Associate Veterinarian who wants to make an impact – whether that’s in general practice or exploring areas like dentistry, behavior, dermatology, or ophthalmology. Open to New or recent graduates Experienced veterinarians Full‑time or part‑time schedules Compensation & Benefits Base salary + 22% production plus bonus opportunities Sign‑on / relocation bonus (negotiable) Full‑time salary: $150,000–$180,000+ (based on experience) Part‑time salary negotiable (starting ~$70,000) dependent on schedule CE allowance + professional dues/licenses paid Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) with employer match 4 weeks paid vacation (full‑time) Paid sabbatical (4 weeks) every 5 years of service in addition to annual vacation Scrubs provided Annual CapEx funds for equipment – talk to us about what you need!
