About the Position: Hiring a Senior Project Manager, responsible for guiding the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects. You will lead and develop Project Managers, oversee project financials, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes. Serving as a key leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage resources at scale, and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. Requirements: Prior experience managing individual mechanical construction projects exceeding $5MM and portfolios greater than $15MM. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with labor unions and continuously enhance management relations and operational efficiencies. High degree of integrity, with enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in professional, charitable, and community organizations. Strong work ethic with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
