In this role, you'll empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to lead rich, fulfilling lives within their homes and communities. Whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to start something new, we want to hear from you. Full training is provided. In this role, you will:
- Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
- Support individual in their home.
- Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
- Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- $1000 Sign on bonus

- Full time status= 30+ hours per week.

- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
- Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
