Location: 3051 Gulf Road Neville Island, Pittsburgh, PA 15225 Duration: March 2, 2026 – May 23, 2026 (12 Weeks) Pay Rate: $15.00/hr (W2 – Uniform Rate) Schedule: Weekday daylight hours (Core Business Hours – Some Flexibility) Work Type: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Warehouse Assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations in a clean, modern warehouse environment. This role involves hands-on assembly and preparation of marketing materials for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy organized, task-focused work in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and bundle marketing materials per project specifications
• Combine printed collateral and stuff envelopes
• Prepare mailers and materials for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all materials
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and established processes

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment

Work Environment

• Weekday daylight hours only
• No weekends required
• Light warehouse and fulfillment duties
• Clean, organized, team-oriented environment

Screening Requirements

Drug Screening

A 9-panel drug screen will be conducted (marijuana excluded). Substances tested include: Amphetamines, Cocaine, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methamphetamine, Methadone, Oxycodone, Phencyclidine, and Opiates.

Background Check

• Criminal history review limited to the past 7 years
• Felony convictions subject to review by HR Legal
• Education and employment verification not required
• Social Security verification required
• OIG and OFAC sanction checks required
• Employment eligibility verification required

Location Notes

The onsite location is Neville Island in Pittsburgh. Google Maps may occasionally direct to the wrong location. The building is identifiable as a newly constructed "skeleton" structure in the area.
