**Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Days**

**Location:** California

**Job Description:**

Seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to the geriatric population. This 13•week contract, with potential extension, runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver quality home health care
• Manage approximately 6 patients daily
• Coordinate and schedule visits
• Document using Oasis/HCHB

**Requirements:**

• Active CA RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years nursing experience, 1+ in home health
• Proficient in HCHB and Oasis
• Meet productivity of 25•30 points

**Details:**

• No on•call/holiday work
• Mileage reimbursement
