Infrastructure Operations ManagerWe are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.Certifications:ITIL v4 FoundationCompTIA Network+PMP preferredExperience:8–10 years in IT operations leadership.AIOps experience preferredClearance:Public Trust – Moderate Risk.ResponsibilitiesManages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.OverviewWork environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
