Location: On-site | N Main Street, Mt Holly, NC 28120
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift, Tuesday Sunday, 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Requirements: Ability to follow PM schedules, physical capability for filter changes, attention to detail

What You'll Do
- Serve as our Specialty Services Technician, executing HVAC preventative maintenance schedules according to established protocols.
- Routinely replace and change filters as a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to maintain peak facility air quality.
- Conduct inspections and maintain inventory as an HVAC Specialist to keep equipment downtime to a minimum.
- Document all daily maintenance tasks and inventory updates accurately.
