Overview New Account Specialist Full Time York, NE, US 12 days ago Requisition ID: 2941 The New Account Specialist is a customer facing position and is responsible for opening and servicing bank depository accounts in an accurate and professional manner. Employees in this position excel in customer service, relationship building and contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position, with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package. Responsibilities Assist customers with opening all types of depository accounts, certificates of deposit, IRA and health savings accounts. Help maintain the Instant Issue Card program. Provide support and answer inquiries from branch locations and correspondent banks. Qualifications Equivalent to a high school education. One-year work experience preferred. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work efficiently in a team atmosphere and independently while balancing multiple tasks. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
