Job Title: Production Technician

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves electro-mechanical assembly, quality inspections, production support, and operating manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions.
• Load materials onto production lines and support manufacturing operations.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment and tooling.
• Support prototype builds and engineering development projects.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation.
• Experience with quality inspections and defect identification.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and production equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred

• Experience in electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Exposure to automated equipment and prototype builds.

Available Shifts

• Mon-Fri: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
• Sun-Wed: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hawthorne, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
