A Branch Manager is a customer service facing position responsible for quickly and accurately processing a customer's transaction while maintaining a positive and professional image along with having the ability to manage the retail staff at the location and influence positive business growth.Measures of Success:Provide excellent leadership and management skills.Become a trusted advisor by effectively communicating and listening to customers and employees.Able to prioritize and be detail-oriented.Duties and Responsibilities:Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people.
