Neonatology Opening in Las Cruces, New Mexico Start date: ASAP - once licensed and credentialed Salary $325,000.00 to $375,000.00 / Year About the Opening:
- FT, permanent position
- 16-bed Level III NICU
- Collaborative 2-Neonatologist model
- 24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support
- Strong interdisciplinary support and resources
- Flexible scheduling - including 24-hour shift bundles
- Supportive, collaborative work environment
- Ongoing professional development & CME opportunities
- Attend deliveries & manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients
- Collaborate during multi-disciplinary rounds
- Perform ventilator management, lab review, family consults, and more
- Work with advanced treatments like HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia Compensation/Benefits:
