Georgia Recovery Campus is a premiere dual diagnosis detox and residential facility in Reynolds, Georgia that serves adult patients. We have a holistic approach to patient care. Our patients are treated with respect, and our staff pays attention to the individual needs of each patient. Each patient is complex, and treatment plans are individualized to those needs and goals of recovery. Our program utilizes both group, individual therapy, psychopharmacology and a wide variety of experiential therapies. We are seeking an experienced HR professional.

Job Responsibilities :

• HR Operations
• • Manage pre-employment activities such as background checks, reference verifications, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain HRIS data, employee files, and required compliance reporting
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related policies, benefits, payroll, 401k and workers comp.
  • Provide log in emails to all new employees
  • Process payroll on a biweekly basis

·         Training and Development

• • Works closely with supervisors and compliance officer in adhering to company policy regarding employee training and in-services.

·         Compliance

• • Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal HR related regulations and standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information.
  • Maintain staff disciplinary action and terminations
• Recruitment
• • Develops recruiting and retention plans to meet the company needs.
  • Oversees the complete recruitment process including job advertisement, applicant tracking, extending job offers, conducting background checks.
• · Workforce Development

·         Manages company-wide orientation for all new personnel.

• • Assist CO with developing and maintaining a work health and safety program for all staff in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Ensures staff adhere to and maintain the vision and values of the company as outlined in its policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

A BS Degree in Human Resources, management, or related field. Master’s Degree or PHR/ SPHR highly desirable. 6+ years in progressively responsible HR leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Have knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to HR. Strong leadership and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively. Efficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to work autonomously and to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with staff and executives.
