(Senior) Clinical Project Manager, IQVIA Biotech

IQVIA Biotech seeks a Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical trial delivery from startup through closeout. The role combines operational oversight, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to support innovative therapy development across global and multi-regional studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of global and multi-regional clinical studies from startup through closeout
- Serve as primary sponsor contact and maintain strong customer relationships throughout studies
- Develop integrated study management plans with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and communicate metrics and status updates to stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 7 years clinical research experience with 4+ years project management
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and drug development processes
- Experience managing multi-country and multi-regional clinical studies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Financial acumen with budget management and forecasting experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $68,400–$232,800 base (annualized)
