Position Overview

• Role requires frequent statewide and nationwide travel
• Supervise and coordinate sheet metal installation activities on job sites
• Lead crews and coordinate with subcontractors
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans
• Per diem provided for travel assignments

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Experience with:
  • Rectangular duct
  • Spiral ductwork
  • Roof curb equipment
• Ability to read and interpret:
  • Blueprints
  • Specifications
  • Mechanical plans
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to:
  • Manage crews
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Maintain project schedules
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both in-state and out-of-state
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
