Through open and transparent dialogue and interdependent collaboration, you'll use automated marketing tools to deploy more timely and relevant marketing solutions across AAA. The Marketing Analyst IV will collaborate with various functions in the organization to create effective integrative marketing campaigns using Teradata's Aprimo Marketing Studio campaign management software. From effective targeting and segmentation to creating accurate output (direct mail and outbound call) lists and emails, this position would support membership acquisition and retention as well as cross-selling of various insurance and travel products. Support new life cycle communication initiatives. Conduct quality assurance steps to ensure accuracy of list pulls to maintain a satisfactory member experience. Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities Produce marketing campaigns on a timely basis. Refine targeting criteria by looking for more efficient and effective ways to set up segmentations. Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to gather business requirements to support marketing campaign processes and targeting needs when necessary. Provide business managers with the project status updates and raises any risks or issues that arise. Gather requirements, procure resources and subject-matter-experts, partner with relevant parties to develop plan and support deployment of new life cycle communication initiatives. Apply and refine QA process to continue to reduce errors from list pulls. Develop technical specifications and work with IT on deliverables and timeline as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Knowledge of marketing campaign management software (ideally Teradata's Aprimo Marketing Studio) Knowledge of campaign management best practices from logical segmentation to output formatting Strong project and time management skills Interpersonal communication skills, including problem recognition/avoidance/resolution and strong negotiation skills Intermediate knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, techniques and analytical modeling relevant to the field of promotion and marketing If candidate has knowledge of SAS, this role will use SAS to conduct quality assurance/control data processing as needed. (Preferred) Experience in establishing operational objectives and process mapping based on the needs of business partners (Preferred) Education, Work Experience, Licenses & Certifications Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science or related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) 2+ years of experience in campaign management software (Preferred) 3+ years in direct marketing field (Preferred) 3+ years of experience in relevant technical work (Preferred) Joining AAA NCNU delivers career potential, flexibility, and excellent benefits.
