Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in building customer relationships and developing strategic plans. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, and project management capabilities. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners and clients to secure favorable terms. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion. Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Background experience in the healthcare industry. Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
