Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for assembling products according to established guidelines and specifications while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products from various stages of the production process according to company guidelines and specifications.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Follow all safety policies and operational procedures.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
