**Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) before starting date on hire - BLS (Basic Life Support) before starting date on hire - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) before starting date on hire - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) before starting date on hire - CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) before starting date on hire - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) before starting date on hire - ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) within 90 days of hire **Requested Skill Set:** - 2 years of experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume - 100,000 visit ED - Previous HCA experience preferred **Must have:** - 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting - Teamwork mentality - Ability to coach and give feedback in real time - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED **Preferred Experience:** - Previous HCA experience **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy scrubs
