Nurse Supervisor II (S)

The CAP/DA Nurse (RN) Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing a Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program administered through a 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services waiver. This individual provides leadership and clinical oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for medically complex beneficiaries. This role oversees nursing and non-clinical staff, ensures adherence to federal and state HCBS waiver requirements, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, providers, and community partners to promote health, autonomy, and quality of life for waiver participants. Additionally, the CAP/DA Unit Manager plays a key role in implementing complex system reforms and improvements to long-term care services, ensuring efficient and effective program delivery.

Recruitment Range $77,076 - $81,089

**Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours**

• Experience monitoring compliance with federal and state HCBS waiver requirements, audit readiness, quality assurance, and corrective action plans.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain compliance metrics while delivering quality outcomes.
• Possess proven organizational, time management and interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to disseminate information from administration/management including ability to provide interpretation and clarification of information to subordinates.
• Ability to identify and address quality monitoring and performance improvement issues

Physical Requirements:

• Able to occasionally travel within the community
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and use computer and phone for extended periods
