Job Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and health systems
• Demonstrates knowledge of Continuing Quality Improvement principles and processes
• Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards
• Ability to communicate and work with physicians
• Demonstrate ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to ensure the confidentiality and rights of patients and confidentiality of health system and departmental documents required

Work Experience

To qualify for the position, the candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a healthcare related area or equivalent education and experience required. One year experience in Performance Improvement, Risk Management, or Nursing Management strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $36.83-$55.29/hour
