Location New York NY 10281 Duration 8 months Hours: M - F 8 am 5pm/9am 6pm

About the role: This role is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of a site's on-site pantry, and ensures it is stocked, and well-organized to provide a comfortable and enjoyable break space for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pantry/market/back stock areas
• Stock and rotate pantry inventory, ensuring all items are fresh and within expiration dates
• Maintain full knowledge of menu and assortment
• Order and receive pantry supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low
• Set up and replenish self-serve food and beverage stations
• Keep all equipment clean and in good working order
• Monitor the pantry area to ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests
• Assist with special events or catering requests
• Performs other duties as assigned

Must-Have Skills:

• Prior F&B experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service mindset and professional presence
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanor when interacting with visitors

Education: High School Diploma or GED
