Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do As part of our maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our production lines and facility operate safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include: Performing preventive maintenance on packaging and production equipment, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Working with PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives to diagnose and resolve control system problems. Assisting with new equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects. Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns during production shifts. Keeping accurate maintenance records and updating logs or CMMS systems. Promoting a strong safety culture —you’ll help identify risks and participate in safety audits. Collaborating closely with production teams to improve machine performance and reliability. Managing and organizing spare parts inventory and maintenance tools. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, curious, and enjoys solving technical challenges.
