What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams. Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes. Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch. Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution. Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $80,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
