Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty ????✨
Full-Time | Day Shift | One‑on‑One Care
???? Location: West Mifflin, PA
???? Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 13‑year‑old female child . This is a great opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and see the impact of your work every single day-all in a supportive home setting.

???? What You'll Do
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Perform g-tube care/feedings
Monitor vitals
Monitor glucose (Dexcom)
Administer medications safely and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
✅ What You'll Need
Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
