Real Estate Tax Associate — REITs (Hybrid)

Tax Associate - Real Estate Investment Firm in Boston (Hybrid) Our client, a well‑established real estate investment and asset management firm with a diverse national portfolio across multiple asset classes, is looking to add a Tax Associate to its growing team. This person will work across tax compliance, REITs, partnerships, and corporate structures, with the chance to work closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities Calculate taxable income and tax basis for all entities (including joint venture partnerships, corporations, REITs, and Fund) Review federal and state tax returns for all entities Prepare quarterly and annual REIT compliance testing Calculate extension and quarterly estimated tax payments Calculate E&P for all corporate entities Coordinate the delivery of finalized trial balances, schedules, and calculations to third‑party tax preparers Review property activity to identify potential REIT compliance issues Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field 4+ years of tax experience in partnerships and REITs $100K - $120K base salary, dependent on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
