Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Resource RN – Nursing

Schedule: Nights 12 hours, 36 hours guaranteed weekly.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• 2 years experience (required)
• Must be willing to float (this is a float position)
• High proficiency in both ED and MS/PCU (required)
• Experience with MS, ED and PCU/MS (required)
• Rural/small facility experience (highly preferred)
• COVID Vaccination (required)
• ACLS required, PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire
• State Licenses: New Hampshire

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provides professional nursing care, coordinating with other disciplines for care planning.
• Performs head-to-toe assessments and reassessments.
• Identifies and manages pain, providing education on pain management.
• Modifies care plans based on patient responses to treatment.
• Administers medications correctly and follows the six medication rights to minimize errors.
• Assists physicians with procedures and provides treatments as required by licensure.
• Monitors patient condition, interpreting hemodynamic status and identifying dysrhythmias.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team and consults with other departments as necessary.
