About the Role:
Join our passionate team at ITS ALL ABOUT KIDS INC as an Infant / Toddler Teacher in Framingham, MA! We are dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of young children in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress.
- Engage with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to foster a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Background check clearance required.
