Were looking for a motivated Telemarketer to help generate warm transfers and support our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives on hitting goals, and communicates clearly and confidently on the phone. Consistency and strong work ethic are key your performance directly impacts your earning potential. Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day
- Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner
- Qualify leads and complete warm transfers to the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and follow internal call processes
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
- $15/hour for the first 60 days, then $16/hour
- Weekly Transfer Bonus:
- 025 transfers: $10
- 2640 transfers: $15
- 41+ transfers: $25
- Anticipated annual compensation: $45,000$80,000+ depending on performance
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
- Consistent, reliable, and goal-driven
- Coachable and motivated by performance-based earnings
