Route Sales Associate

PepsiCo Truck Driver
Quick look pay: $64,000 annual. Target location: 19 Basin Park Dr., Gunnison, CO, 81230. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 4 AM - when work is completed. $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.
Minimum qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What you'll do:
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
- Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
- On-the-job training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training
