As a Sales Associate at Okada, you'll: Source and qualify leads, building a real pipeline of landlord and tenant relationships — not busywork, your book Run property tours and market analyses across Midtown & Midtown South Negotiate lease and sales terms, and prepare proposals and offering memoranda that win Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities using real intelligence, not guesswork Work daily alongside a team built on business development, technology, and execution Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with real estate regulations and company standards What you bring: An active NY Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe) Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and market dynamics Brokerage or real estate transaction experience preferred Proven sales instincts — prospecting, negotiation, closing A drive to build something, not just clock in #J-18808-Ljbffr
