Paramount Building Inc. is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. You'll meet with scheduled homeowners, learn about their projects, present solutions, and manage the sales process from the initial consultation through the close. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments. Build rapport and establish trust with customers. Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, goals, and project requirements. Present products and solutions clearly and professionally. Conduct product demonstrations when appropriate. Explain features, benefits, pricing, and available options. Address customer questions and concerns throughout the sales process. Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale. Manage the full sales process from consultation through closing. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Keep customer and sales information accurate and up to date. Stay informed about company products and services. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable working directly with homeowners and taking ownership of the customer experience. Successful candidates will have: Previous full-cycle, consultative, in-home, or direct sales experience. A proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence presenting products and solutions face-to-face. Strong listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills. The ability to manage leads and follow up consistently. Strong organization and time-management skills. A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach. A professional and respectful presence in customers' homes. A commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, construction, or related industries is a plus. Compensation Commission-Based | Performance-Driven Successful consultants may earn approximately $150,000–$250,000 annually , depending on individual sales performance, activity, and results. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance. Requirements At least 1 year of prior experience in door-to-door sales Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation required. Mobile device with reliable cellular service required. Ability to travel to scheduled customer appointments. Ability to perform the physical activities required for the position.
