Job TitleJob Identification 4056Locations 6685 Beta Dr, Mayfield Village, OH, 44143, US 5959 Rockside Woods Blvd N, Suite 600, Cleveland, OH, 44131, US 3320 West Market St, Ste 300, Fairlawn, OH, 44333, US (Hybrid)Essential Functions and Primary DutiesExpand revenue of existing clientsResponsible for short-term and long-term business planning; identify business opportunities for CBIZ in addition to their individual practiceManager practice effectively meeting billing, realization, days outstanding and individual charge hour objectivesMay be required to meet business development revenue expectations by adding new clients, cross serve activity and fully executing a personal marketing planServe as key client contact; viewed as a trusted business advisor by clientsEnsure quality control standards are metMay work directly with clients and manage staffMaybe the internal advisor on technical matters as a Subject Matter ExpertMaybe a member of the Senior Operations Management TeamDrive a team environment; demonstrate support of management decisions and builds a positive cultureAdditional responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferredMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required8 years of experience in public accounting or related field6 years of supervisory experienceMust have active CPA or equivalent certificationAbility to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessaryProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skillsMust be able to travel based on client and business needsAbout UsCBIZ, Inc.
