Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and make an impact every day? We're hiring Order Pickers with Electric Pallet Jack experience to support a high-volume warehouse operation in Lancaster, TX.

What You'll Do
As an Order Picker, you'll play a key role in getting products out the door accurately and on time:
Order Picking & Fulfillment
- Pick orders using an electric pallet jack with speed and accuracy
- Use RF scanners or pick sheets to locate and pull products
- Stage completed orders for shipping
Handling & Packaging
- Stack, wrap, and label pallets according to requirements
- Ensure all items are properly secured and shipment-ready
Accuracy & Quality
- Verify product quantities and item numbers
- Inspect for damages and report discrepancies
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality standards
Safety & Organization
- Operate equipment safely and follow all warehouse safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support team efforts to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack (required)
- At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bending, reaching, and moving throughout your shift
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures (hot/cold depending on season)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
