Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer (Automation)
Location: Alpharetta, GA / Oakland, CA / Rancho Cordova, CA
Mode : Contract (6 Months) Onsite / Hybrid
Note :- Min 10 years of experience required.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks
- Validating APIs and web applications
- Ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments
- Driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Core Java, Selenium, and industry-standard automation tools.
- Develop and execute automated API test suites using Rest Assured and validate RESTful microservices.
- Create and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation suites.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
- Execute test plans, analyze results, identify defects, and drive resolution through closure.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
- Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
- Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices.

- 7 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or SDET roles.

- Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation testing.
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience testing cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or Azure/AWS platforms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
