Nursing SupervisorAs a Nursing Supervisor with AllWays Caring, you will play a pivotal leadership role in planning, directing, and coordinating comprehensive health services across multiple service sites. You will oversee a dedicated team in delivering high-quality skilled and non-skilled services while ensuring positive outcomes and exceptional client care.This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our thriving communities in Winter Park and The Villages. Weekly travel between locations is required, and a company vehicle will be provided for your convenience.Job ResponsibilitiesPlanning, coordinating, delivering, and overseeing the delivery and outcomes of required healthcare related services/training programs on a routine basis in cooperation with Operations management; monitoring both skilled and non-skilled healthcare servicesDirectly supervises clinical personnelProviding clinical teaching and conducting performance monitoring, identifying and reducing risksParticipating in the Interdisciplinary team meetingsDemonstrating fiscal accountability by monitoring operations to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, state licensure and regulations, Medicaid standards, as well as state reimbursement regulationsLeading case conferences and other client-related meetingsChairing committees as appropriate, safety, infection control, incident review, and human rights committeesFacilitating communication and serving as a liaison between and among nursing and direct care staff, family and/or guardians, and community medical providers and professional consultants in cooperation with operations managementDirectly overseeing initial start of healthcare, assessment, and first home visit (or comparable) of all new contracts with clinical componentDirectly supervising the implementation, coordination, maintenance, evaluation, and termination of care plan and services, analyses outcomes, medical records, and physician ordersMarketing of services in service areaOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in NursingGraduate of an accredited school/college with current registration of practice as a Registered Professional NurseHealthcare management experience with multiple age groupsWorking knowledge of local, state, and federal funding sources and other applicableExcellent communicator with ability to handle concurrent tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to travel within assigned areaAll Ways Caring HomeCare?delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
