Employment Type: Full-Time Work Authorization: H-1B sponsorship is not available What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications for BI and analytics solutions. Design, develop, and oversee Power BI dashboards and reports . Work closely with Power BI specialists and review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and performance. Lead project tracking, milestone planning, and progress reporting. Provide technical leadership and guidance to BI analysts/developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business objectives. Ensure data accuracy, reporting standards, and optimal Power BI performance. 6+ years of strong hands-on Power BI experience Advanced DAX and Power BI data modeling Power BI performance optimization Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Project tracking and delivery management experience Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills Technical leadership / team lead experience Nice to Have: Experience with Supply Chain or Integrated Operations is a strong plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr ALOIS Solutions
