Commercial Real Estate Assistant Location: Birmingham, AL | Full-Time | In Office Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Real Estate Assistant to support a busy commercial real estate team. This person will work closely with brokers and clients to keep transactions, schedules, documentation, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to commercial real estate brokers Prepare and maintain leases, contracts, proposals, presentations, and other documents Coordinate meetings, property tours, inspections, and closings Track transaction timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups Maintain accurate property, client, and transaction records Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and presentations Communicate with clients, tenants, property owners, attorneys, vendors, and other professionals Assist with invoicing, commission tracking, and general office support Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, real estate, legal, or related experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional, dependable, and proactive Commercial real estate or transaction experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
