Primary Care Physician OpportunityConviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Winter Haven, Florida. As a Primary Care Physician you will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Venice, FL and report to the associate medical director.
